The Sacraments
Basically, a sacrament is God’s way of making something that’s invisible (grace) visible. He uses the seven Sacraments as tools to dispense grace to us through the Holy Spirit. The same Sacraments we celebrate today were all instituted by Christ 2000 years ago and were carried on by His Apostles and their successors.
Many of the Sacraments you’ll only receive once; however you’ll probably receive the Eucharist at Mass and go to Reconciliation more regularly, so we’ve offered a little more in those sections to help prepare you to receive those Sacraments.
